Write it down first
We start with the sentence the work has to earn. If it cannot be said plainly, the design is not ready to be drawn.

Fewer, better parts
Restraint is a feature. We remove until what is left carries the meaning on its own, then check that it still reads at a glance.

Ship, then sharpen
Nothing is finished on paper. We put work in front of real people early and refine it there, in small, visible steps.
